even though I watched a video on Kriya Yoga and learned nothing new – about ten years ago, I had used my breath to calm my anger without now being able to explicitly hear and watch this. Anyways – I was saying Im left wityh how open was America in the 80s to foreign thought and how graceful its women were. Thats the after taste.
